Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced global social media strategist to lead Evident Industrial's social media programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive tangible business results. This role requires a creative thinker with a hands-on mindset, strong influencing abilities to lead in a cross-functional matrix organization, and a proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns that amplify our brand and deliver new business opportunities.

Job Duties


•    Lead, develop and execute comprehensive global social media strategies to amplify our brand, grow engaged followership within our target customer segments, and measurably increase leads for campaigns and new product introductions.

•    Lead the social media programs with a cross-functional team of campaign marketeers, agency, and business SMIs to build engaging and orchestrated content that tells the Evident story and educates across various social media platforms.

•    Build our brand on social media. Develop and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and themes.

•    Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity and industry best practices, to improve strategies and tactics for growth and innovation in social media.

•    Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and report out on key performance indicators (KPIs).

•    Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress, identify and drive areas for improvement, and report on campaign effectiveness to management.

•    Manage relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand presence and reach. Media train our organization to drive social advocacy from within.

•    Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members to foster growth and excellence in social media marketing.

Job Requirements


•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

•    Minimum of 10+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, customer experience, lead generation and brand building, preferably in a team management role.

•    Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, amplify brand awareness, and tangible business results.

•    Strong leadership abilities with experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Knows how to manage and influence internal stakeholders for the best customer outcome.

•    Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic and paid content distribution.

•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

•    Exceptional communication and copy writing skills with the ability to effectively present strategies and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

•    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media marketing initiatives that set-ups apart from others.

•    Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).

•    Agency experience a plus.
Skills:

•    Proven experience working independently and with agencies to activate revenue-generating campaigns across various global social channels.

•    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with agencies, global marketing leads, regional marketeers and cross-functional business stakeholders to define social media strategy and impactful execution.

•    Develop and execute social media strategies that deliver measurable results, maximizing return on investment (ROI).

•    Tried and true experience with an ongoing cadence with cross-function team and stakeholders for strategic sharing, insight to social content calendar, and campaign performance results.

•    Expertise in analyzing campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance overall effectiveness.

•    Utilize data-driven insights to refine audiences and tactics, resulting in increased engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.

•    Superior project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.

•    Skilled at identifying and evaluating creative ideas, focusing on those that will create a competitive advantage.

•    Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented style.

•    Proficiency with LinkedIn, Meta, WeChat, Baidu, Naver, Kakao.

•    Adaptable and customer-focused.

•    Collaborative and team-oriented. 
Other Considerations (travel/hours availability, etc.):

•    Domestic and international travel ~20%

Salary range 116K - 162K, plus 12.5% annual corporate bonus target
