We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented contracted Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various residential settings. Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, kitchens and common areas.
  • Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and ensuring to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely after use.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing homeowners inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless housekeeping operation.

Qualifications

  • At minimum 6 months previous experience in professional housekeeping/cleaning or a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities is required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
