Join a confidential operation supporting the defense industry. We're hiring a dependable Warehouse Worker / Material Handler to complete day-to-day warehouse tasks safely and by the book under all local, state, and federal regulations.
What you'll do- Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping with accurate documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks/forklifts and material handling equipment (training available) while following SOPs and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean, compliant warehouse; handle labeled containers and consolidate material as directed.
- Support inventory control (counts, reconciliations, documentation accuracy).
- Follow all safety policies and environmental compliance procedures; immediately report hazards/near misses.
- Active security clearance or VantageClear credential (required).
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logs, labels, and inventory entries.
- Team attitude and clear communication.
Nice to have: Forklift certification, prior warehouse/material handling experience, familiarity with environmental/sustainability operations.
