Northern Medical Center, a multidisciplinary healthcare facility dedicated to integrative and patient-centered medicine, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, functional training, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

  • Current New York State Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
  • Proficiency in MS Word and comfort working with computer systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in outpatient or integrative medicine settings is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
