As a Management Trainee, you'll start at the ground level—learning how our campaigns operate—then build your way up by leading teams, managing client accounts, and shaping strategy. What You'll Do
As an Graduate Management Trainee, your development will span four key phases:
Sales & Brand Representation
- Learn the core of what we do: how to represent a brand with confidence and integrity
- Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products or services
- Contribute to team sales goals while learning customer service strategies and communication techniques
Team Development & Leadership
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Develop leadership habits such as setting daily goals, offering feedback, and leading by example
- Create a positive, motivating team culture while keeping performance high
Campaign Management
- Learn how to launch and optimize client campaigns in various event settings
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to increase performance
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align messaging and objectives
Business Operations
- Gain exposure to behind-the-scenes business operations: hiring, onboarding, logistics, inventory, and reporting
- Learn how to make strategic decisions that affect team outcomes and client satisfaction
- Prepare for a leadership position where you manage an entire campaign or branch location
