Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing clerical and secretary duties to help the organization run efficiently.

What will you do?
- Coordinate all guest experience functions with managers and supervisors
- Maintain existing programs and facilitate new and standardized approaches for training to ensure the highest possible quality of service
- Engage managers with the goals of the property to maintain client and guest relationships
- Perform administrative functions for the human resources department
More About You
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service training and supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on event days, including days, nights, and occasional weekends and holidays
- No high school diploma or GED required
