About the Role:

We're seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to help stabilize and optimize our HR technology landscape following a recent implementation. You'll play a key role in building, refining, and maintaining Workday HCM functionality, including security, reporting, and calculated fields. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who loves diving into configuration details and bringing order to a complex system environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, supporting and enhancing modules post go-live.
  • Lead or support configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday updates and new features.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to improve processes and data integrity.
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced, simple, and calculated fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage Workday security, role assignments, and audit processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and drive root-cause resolutions.
  • Document processes and configurations for knowledge continuity.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4–5 years of Workday experience preferred, open to less if you have strong implementation experience.
  • Proven track record with Workday HCM, Security, and Reporting (including calculated fields).
  • Experience with post-implementation optimization and stabilization strongly desired.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
