Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, relationship building, and strategic account management. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients in a B2B environment. The Sales Associate will leverage their knowledge of technology sales and CRM software to enhance customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively upselling products as appropriate.
- Execute cold calling strategies to generate leads and expand territory sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills in negotiation, analysis, and territory management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or direct sales roles; experience in retail sales is a plus.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management strategies.
- Familiarity with technology sales concepts; technical sales experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently, showcasing value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for lead generation and achieving targets.
