About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help craft the future of ReadyOn's core product. In this role, you'll contribute to the experiences at the heart of our mission: bring clarity and consistency to managers, while respecting workers' time and preferences.
Design is crucial to our platform's success. Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams to bring features from conception through to implementation, all while maintaining and raising the standard for the craft and finish across the product.
What you'll doFocus on projects to help improve customers hire, schedule, and manage their workforce, resulting in comprehensive and polished end-to-end experiencesPartner with product and engineering to represent the design team, facilitate design discussions, ensure quality implementation, and play an active role in planning and prioritizationSupport user research efforts in partnership with product to inform decisionsUtilize and contribute to ReadyOn's design systemIdeate and prototype using AI and other emerging tools
What we're looking forAn online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills4+ years of product design experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology companyA passion for building full 0-1 productsExperience navigating ambiguity and iterating rapidly based on user insights, data, and business needs to arrive at a solutionThe ability to clearly articulate your work, process, and decisions, and actively seek feedback to elevate the quality of what you createFluency in Figma and prototyping tools

Location: Why In-Person Matters As a high-growth startup tackling complex, industry-defining challenges, in-person collaboration is essential to our success. Being together in our San Francisco office enables rapid decision-making, creative problem-solving, and strong team trust, critical in this formative phase. You'll be required to work onsite, Monday through Friday, to help shape our culture, accelerate learning, and build the foundational technology that will define ReadyOn's future.
Compensation Final compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to salary, this role may include comprehensive benefits, bonuses, commissions, and a meaningful equity stake in ReadyOn.
