We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It's also important that you have a strong business sense. As a shift manager, you will be expected to lead and train the staff in all areas of operations. You will be leading/teaching kid's classes, parties, camps, and events.  Additional duties include admin, sales, and marketing.     Position Requirements:
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends
  • Highly energetic
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills
  • Effective time management
  • Adept sales skills 
  • Clean background check

In addition to the recently added Dance, Martial Arts and Zumba Classes ( at select locations), My Gym features the interactive Building Blocks Program to all enrolled children ages 2.5 years and older. The program helps children work toward specific milestones in their physical, cognitive, and emotional development and then celebrates their achievements with stickers, progression ribbons, medals, trophies, graduation certificates and more in periodic Building Blocks Acknowledgment Ceremonies. Our My Gym Kids learn more about themselves as they develop independence, self-discipline, social skills and even a sense of humor, all of which lead to an increased feeling of self-worth.
