Credit Union Teller

We are a small community credit union that takes pride in supporting our neighbors. We live and work in the neighborhoods we serve, and believe it takes all of us, working together, to build strong foundations for our futures.

We are seeking applicants for a full-time teller at our Plainfield Ave office in the Creston neighborhood. As a teller, you'll be the face of Intandem Credit Union - helping members with their everyday banking needs., answering questions, processing transactions, and connecting them to products and services that make their financial lives better.

  • You're not a number at Intandem. We're small and nimble, want you to be involved, and love to hear your ideas.
  • Motivated team members are offered training opportunities for credit union career development. Even if we don't currently have a position that fits your dreams, we want to help you see those dreams come true.
  • 37-40 hours a week plus rotating Saturdays. Fixed schedules between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm M-F and rotating Saturdays from 8:30 am - 1 pm.
  • Full-time applicants are eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, 401(k) match, and a generous Paid Time Off policy (waiting periods apply).
  • The most important qualification is that you share our values of being respectful, sharing smiles and greetings with both external and internal members, being professional, and showing empathy to others.
  • Job duties include performing account transactions accurately and securely while maintaining confidentiality, warmly greeting members and building meaningful relationships with them, helping them navigate online services, assisting them with any and all account questions, and offering the products and services most suited to help improve our members' financial lives.
  • You'll interact with members in the branch and over the phone and will foster a team-oriented environment through positivity and collaboration with other employees.
