What You'll Do:

• Assist in access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location to help maintain authorized entry.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting visitors or employees with site-specific procedures.
• Monitor entry points and security-related systems to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any observed irregularities.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
• Work collaboratively with onsite personnel and/or law enforcement as required during emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
