Job Summary And Qualifications
The Director Quality directs an ongoing quality program that objectively and systematically monitors, evaluates, and improves the quality of patient care and outcomes while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting entities. The Director also utilizes complex data sets to analyze, trend, and identify opportunities for improvement as well as leads Quality team including Stroke and Sepsis Program Coordinators in interdisciplinary performance improvement activities to improve quality throughout the facility. Other duties include overseeing Medical Staff Quality Monitoring, continuously evaluating work processes and design; serves as a leader ensuring quality/ performance improvement, and service delivery to meet stakeholder needs.

What qualifications you will need:

• Undergraduate Degree in Healthcare field required; MSN preferred
• RN; Healthcare Quality Certification highly preferred
• Hospital quality experience required
