In a nutshell, this is a front office Customer Service Team Lead and data entry position with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: - Team Lead Submission Officer - Visa Application Services
Location: - D.C.
Joining Date: Immediate
Wages: $25/hour (OT after 40 hours/week at 1.5 times)
Languages: English & Spanish (German a plus)
Office Hours: 9am - 5pm
Benefits: All Full-Time staff receive 10 days of Paid Time off after 6 months of probation, Paid Federal/State/Consulate Holidays/ & 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave
*Must be authorized to work in the US
Job Responsibilities:
- · Client facing – answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputes
- · Customer Service –attending phone calls/emails
- · Collection of visa applications & document scrutiny for visa processing, attestation & legalization services
- · Biometrics capture (Photo & Fingerprints)
- · Cash collection & POS entry
- · Data Entry with 100% Accuracy - complete the application life cycle in the system
- · Provide applicants with information on all Value-added services
- · Admin duties: photocopying/scanning/filing/inventory
- · Complete the delivery of passport to applicant via courier or pick-up
- · Preparing reports and other Team Lead Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- · Excellent communication skills in English
- · Other Languages a plus: Spanish, German, Hindi, Urdu, Afghan, Mandarin, Russian, French, etc
- · Minimum Education: Associates Degree or bachelor
- · Computer savvy with working experience in Microsoft Office
- · Hands-on experience in updating/creating reports
- · High level of attention to detail under stringent timelines
- · Flexible with work hours (Day shift only)
- · Must be willing to produce a background verification check upon hire
