Electrical Systems Engineer for a leading provider of communications solutions based near Pompano Beach, FL. Positions is responsible to drive the design, development, and integration of electrical systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering is ideal)
  • Must have at least four (4) years of experience in the design, development, and integration of electrical systems
  • Experience working within a government regulated environment
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

  • Integrated communications experience
  • Active security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and trace system and subsystem requirements
  • Ensure all designs meet customer specifications, industry standards (e.g., ABYC, ABS), and regulatory compliance (e.g., USCG)
  • Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques (e.g., SysML) to model complex systems
  • Develop, validate, and manage product-level system/subsystem requirements and architectures and ensure system integration
  • Performs analysis, simulation, design, and delivery of systems.
  • Manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
