Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) for our Columbia, MD clinic.

This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who wants meaningful leadership responsibility without stepping fully away from clinical work. As Assistant Clinical Director, you will support clinical quality, mentor clinicians, and partner closely with the Clinical Director to ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services for children and families.

What You'll Do

  • Support clinical oversight and quality assurance across ABA programs
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to BCBAs and RBTs
  • Assist with assessments, treatment planning, and complex cases
  • Monitor outcomes and promote ethical decision-making
  • Partner with families in collaborative, family-centered care
  • Support clinic operations in partnership with the Clinical Director

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Eligible for Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure
  • 4+ years of BCBA experience preferred
  • Prior mentorship, lead BCBA, or senior clinician experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment
