Qualifications

Are you passionate about the restaurant industry and ready to take your career to the next level? ALife Hospitality Group is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented, innovative, and hands-on Floor Manager to oversee restaurant operations. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including labor management, comps, and voids

  • Uphold and enforce company standards, policies, and procedures

  • Lead by example, working alongside the team to coach, direct, and elevate staff productivity

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

  • Adapt to changing circumstances and ensure smooth operations under varying conditions

  • Build relationships with guests and engage with the local market to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous restaurant management experience preferred

  • Experience managing sales volumes of over $1 million

  • Ability to engage, motivate, and develop team members

  • Strong understanding of the local market and guest engagement strategies
