Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site/remote role located in Crescent City, FL. The Admissions Representative will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the admissions process, including initial inquiries, answering questions, verifying insurance, and coordinating intake logistics. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, providing compassionate communication, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to engage empathetically with clients.
  • Organizational and Administrative Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and work efficiently in a structured environment.
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills: Deliver exceptional client service while resolving inquiries and navigating challenges effectively.
  • Healthcare or Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification processes, or addiction treatment services is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software tools for data entry and communication.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in admissions, healthcare, or client services strongly preferred.
