Own the technical sale of roller‑mill equipment and services across feed, ethanol, oilseed, and grain processing. Translate throughput and particle‑size targets into engineered solutions, scope projects, build ROI and TCO cases, and quarterback opportunities from discovery to startup. Partner with dealers, service, and engineering to win new systems and grow aftermarket roll reconditioning, parts. Up to 75% of travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Applications & process engineering

· Technical selling: prepare sales quotes and preventative maintenance packages.

· Project management to include quote packages, accurate BOMs, vendor management, etc.

· Attend and support trade shows and exhibits, etc.

· Dealer support to include training, regular business reviews, etc.

· Compliance & safety

Performance Metrics

  • Bookings & margin by product line; attach‑rate of aftermarket to new equipment.
  • Quoted vs. actual energy and capacity at startup (accuracy index).
  • PSD compliance rate at 30 days and 6 months.
  • Average sales cycle length and stage conversion rates.
  • Dealer enablement score (training completed, data quality, pipeline sourced).

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Ag, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent practical experience). 3–7 years in process equipment applications or sales engineering (feed/ethanol/grain/oilseed preferred).
