is hiring an HR Generalist on behalf of our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry. We're looking for a motivated, experienced HR professional to join a dynamic team that values collaboration, transparency, and growth.

About the Role

As the 
HR Generalist
, you will support a variety of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance. You'll play an integral role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture while ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with employees to promote a positive, supportive environment.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and cultural events.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and employee development programs.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Conduct investigations and handle employee relations matters with professionalism.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay current with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with company committees (Engagement, Safety, Community).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 
    5 years of HR experience
     in a 
    manufacturing environment
     required.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
  • Strong organizational, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
