What you will accomplish in this role

The Implementation Specialist executes on and actively participates in the implementation of technology solutions for our physicians and clinicians across the HCA Healthcare enterprise. They collaborate with other project team members to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of key project needs. This role serves as the liaison between the corporate teams and our customers on the facility and division teams.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable deployment plans for current technology solutions
  • Execute implementation activities at a corporate, division, and facility level
  • Escalate issues and risks to appropriate parties at facility, division, and corporate levels
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve issues that arise
  • Coordinate communication amongst all project team members
  • Collaborate with the Education Team in the design and development of training programs or project specific materials to support the workflows to be implemented.
  • Communicate project status amongst the team and up through project and department leadership
  • Train end users on the proper use of the application
  • Develop best practices to be utilized for future implementations

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare implementations preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 76% or more required
