Job Summary

We are seeking a talented senior-level React Front-End Developer to join our growing team at AiAuto, contributing to one of our most rapidly expanding brands. In this role, you'll be responsible for both greenfield development of new dynamic web applications and
iterative enhancements to existing products. Your work will shape the digital experiences we deliver and directly support our mission to innovate within the technology and automotive sectors. This is a highly collaborative role with great opportunity to get a seat at the table of an explosive new brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch new front-end applications from the ground up using
  React
  and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
• Maintain, improve, and refactor existing React applications for performance, scalability, and usability
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and senior leadership to translate business goals into user-centric features
• Implement responsive, accessible UI designs using modern HTML/CSS techniques and component libraries
• Build interfaces that support dynamically loaded content, integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Work in close partnership with the backend development team to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems
• Mentor junior developers and assist the Director of Engineering with team management.
• Use GitHub for source control and code collaboration
• Participate in and help shape our CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment
• Write clean, testable code with a strong focus on maintainability and performance
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks across different environments and browsers
• Stay current with emerging front-end trends and best practices

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role mentoring junior developers.
• MUST have experience in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and component-based architecture
• Demonstrated experience building data-driven interfaces that rely on dynamically loaded content.
• Proven ability to work in tight coordination with backend engineers to design, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite)
• Comfortable working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs
• Strong understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must live local to Parsippany, NJ and ability to work fully on-site.
