Allstate Signal & Construction, LLC is a family-owned specialized contractor focused on high-quality [Traffic Signal/Electrical/Civil] projects. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our Waller-based team.

In this role, you'll be more than just a coordinator—you'll be a key player in ensuring our projects across Texas are executed with the precision and safety our reputation is built on.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Support: Manage the flow of RFIs, submittals, change orders, & invoices between the office and the client.
  • Scheduling: Assist in creating project schedules while tracking project milestones to ensure we meet critical deadlines for our municipal and private clients.
  • Coordination: Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure specialized equipment and materials arrive on-site exactly when needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly & monthly project status reports for Senior Management.
  • Field Liaison: Visit job sites around Southeast Texas to verify that work matches the plan set and meets our quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Local to the Area: Ideally based in or near Waller, Cypress, Hockley, or Tomball.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in construction (Signal, Electrical, or Civil experience is a major advantage).
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Organization: You're the type of person who catches the small error in a contract before it becomes a big problem on-site.
  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on field experience.
