Juniper Healthcare was built by physicians, for physicians. We're an advanced primary care practice exclusively for seniors, and we designed our model to revitalize the healthcare profession. Here, your patient panels are one-half the size of standard practices, and you're supported by a full care team (experienced nurses, MAs and dedicated staff) who manage coordination.
We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and deliver high-impact preventive care exclusively to adults.

● Preventive & Proactive Care: Personally conduct thoughtful preventive services like Annual Wellness Visits and oversee chronic condition management.
● Unrushed Model: Our model emphasizes unrushed visits, 24/7 access, and proactive coordination through the dedicated Juniper Care Circle.
● Reduced Administrative Burden: Leverage AI tools and full team support to minimize charting and administrative time—without the direct burden of large panel sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
● Focus on comprehensive Annual Wellness Visits and chronic condition oversight.
● Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, arthritis) through guidance and collaboration.
● Utilize technology and team support to maximize clinical impact.
Compensation & Benefits:
● Highly Competitive Pay: $300,000-$500,000 with an additional production bonus
● Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule (3–5 days per week) and 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).
