You'll manage existing accounts, open new ones, and serve as the face of Eagle River for retailers across Colorado.

This is a full-time role based out of Lafayette, CO, offering a $50,000 base salary plus commission (OTE $75,000–$110,000), mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding company.

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow Eagle River's footprint across Colorado. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in B2B sales — ideally in cannabis, CPG, or similar regulated industries — and a proven track record of building lasting client relationships. This role is responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cannabis retailers, dispensaries, and wholesale clients statewide.
  • Prospect new accounts, conduct outreach, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Present product offerings, pricing, and promotions to clients; educate buyers on product attributes and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, fulfillment) to align sales strategy and promotional efforts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through delivery and follow-up — ensuring excellent client experience.
  • Stay informed on Colorado cannabis regulations, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Track activity, forecasts, and pipeline data using CRM tools; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Represent Eagle River at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (cannabis, CPG, beverage, or related industry preferred).
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Working knowledge of cannabis products, compliance requirements, and retail market dynamics preferred.
  • Highly organized and self-driven; comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 annually
  • Commission structure: Tiered commission based on sales volume (OTE: $75,000–$110,000)
