As a Data Engineer (Identity Management), you will develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations that support IAM's data fabric. This role is critical to advancing our capabilities in identity governance, authentication, and access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with security architects, IAM engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant data solutions.

Preferred Technical Background

•    Experience working with cloud identity platforms, particularly Google Cloud Identity and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), BigQuery, DataFlow, and Java

•    Familiarity with IAM data sources such as Oracle ERP, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar systems

•    Understanding of data modeling and governance for identity and access data

Key Responsibilities 

•    Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines supporting identity and access management analytics

•    Integrate and normalize identity data from cloud and on-premise systems (e.g., Entra ID, Oracle ERP, SailPoint)

•    Collaborate with security and IAM teams to define data requirements and improve visibility into access patterns

•    Implement data quality, lineage, and governance controls aligned with security and compliance standards

•    Support automation and reporting solutions that enhance identity lifecycle management and access auditing
