· Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer needs and competitive trends.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive solutions.
· Participate in industry events, webinars, and other forums to promote NETGEAR's security solutions.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
· 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or related technical role, specifically in network security.
· Proven hands-on experience implementing and deploying solutions including:

· Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, etc.).
· Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value for stakeholders.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
· Experience working with MSPs and/or SMB clients in a consultative or pre-sales capacity.
Preferred Qualifications (optional):
· Professional certifications such as CISSP or similar.
· Experience working with cloud-based security platforms and SaaS-delivered security.
· Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
· Experience supporting partner ecosystems and VARs in a technical sales capacity.
· Familiarity with automation, scripting (e.g., Python, Bash), or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
