Warwick's real estate platforms specialize in identifying investment opportunities in markets with favorable tailwinds and attractive, risk-adjusted returns. Through consolidation strategies and development, the firm generates alpha through stable and growing yields, inflation protection and value-add returns. Warwick's energy and natural resources platforms specialize in geology, engineering and investment within each space.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Drilling Engineer
to join our team supporting oil and gas drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in well design, planning, and execution, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and cost optimization. Experience in the Eagle Ford or Anadarko basins is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and plan drilling programs, including casing design, mud programs, and well control procedures
  • Monitor and optimize drilling performance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations
  • Collaborate with geologists, completions engineers, and field personnel to deliver successful wells
  • Analyze drilling data and performance metrics to recommend operational improvements
  • Support vendor selection and manage technical aspects of service contracts
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in oil and gas drilling engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of well design, drilling fluids, directional drilling, and well control principles
  • Proficiency with drilling software and data analysis tools
  • Experience in the Eagle Ford or Anadarko basins preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
