Our challenge

We are seeking an Agentic Engineer specializing in Google Agent Space, Google Conversational AI, Agent Builder, ADK (Agent Development Kit), and Agentic frameworks to join our growing team. The ideal candidate plays a crucial role in designing and optimizing AI-driven autonomous agents.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $120K - $130K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Agent Development & Optimization: Design and refine AI agents using Google Agent Space and Agent Builder.
  • Conversational AI Integration: Implement Google Conversational AI to enhance agent interactions.
  • Agentic Framework Implementation: Utilize ADK to build scalable, intelligent agent workflows.
  • Multi-Agent Coordination: Develop A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication for collaborative AI systems.
  • Performance Monitoring & Debugging: Optimize agent behaviour using structured evaluation methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Work with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to refine agentic architectures

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience as an Agentic Engineer.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python, C#, and AI model APIs.
  • Agentic AI Expertise: Experience with Google Agent Space, Agent Builder, ADK, Conversational AI.
  • LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with models like GPT, Claude, Llama, and Mixtral.
  • Data Handling: Ability to preprocess and structure data for AI workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to optimize AI-generated responses.
