Join our dynamic team as a Carpenter/Laborer/Door Technician, where your skills will be essential in transforming spaces and bringing projects to life In this role, you will engage in a variety of construction activities, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling tasks. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

What you'll do

  • Execute construction tasks including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and fixture installation with precision and care.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks, including door hanging and door removal.
  • Assist in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and heavy lifting tasks to support team efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members on construction painting and staining
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on the construction site.
  • Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance your skills in woodworking, fabrication, staining, sanding, restoring and more.
  • Basic qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a solid understanding of various techniques.
  • Able to lift 75lbs.
  • Clean driving record and able to drive.
  • Healthy attitude and lifestyle
  • Speaks good English and has a clean and neat appearance.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of painting, staining, door repair.
  • Knowledge of installing door hardware and locksmithing as well as door removal and installation.
  • Previous maintenance person experience that showcases versatility across multiple trades.

Job Type: Part-time
