E-Commerce Lister
 
POSITION:  E-Commerce Lister
 
BASIC FUNCTION: List items on Describe items to be listed.  Assist in shipping when needed. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  2. Must be able to research and write detailed descriptions of items then post the items for sale.
  3. Ability to maintain listing goals assigned by management
  4. Provide feedback to the pricing department on items that are selling below or above the UBC assigned price
  5. Maintain an efficient work space and adhere to all standard operating procedures for all product encountered

  2. Empty trash as needed and maintain a LEAN organized and clean work area

  2. Work overtime as needed to maintain efficient product flow, online sales, and levels of product
  3. Maintain accurate product inventory counts and keep product in an organized fashion
  4. Keep necessary paperwork and files required for any related product 
  5. Must be able to work independently

  2. Other duties as assigned by management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  2. Be able to stand or sit for extended lengths of time
  3. Must be able to work on computer for extended periods of time
  4. Must be able to lift light to heavily weighted items regularly

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Computer and typing skills necessary
  4. Computer classes and/or knowledge needed
 
SCHEDULED HOURS:

  2. 40 hour week, 6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri, mandatory overtime as needed
  3. Saturday overtime may be required as necessary.
  4. Mandatory workdays are Black Friday, Cyber Monday and some holidays are required.
 
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:  Reports directly to Ecommerce Production Manager
