Core Responsibilities

As the Brand Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the LEGO brand. You'll blend creativity with analytical insight to develop innovative strategies that captivate the imaginations of the next generation of builders. Your mission is to explore exciting new avenues for the LEGO brand while embodying its core values. You will:

  • Provide strategic clarity that fuels creativity, leveraging deep consumer insights and cultural understanding to drive impactful ideas.
  • Act as a truth-seeker and problem-solver, crafting compelling, evidence-based creative strategies and briefs that resonate with our audience.
  • Encourage diverse perspectives and proactively identify emerging challenges and opportunities for the brand.
  • Stay obsessed with current trends and culture, translating this understanding into compelling narratives that inspire innovative concepts.
  • Serve as a master storyteller, setting the stage for our creative work and effectively persuading internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Utilize your expertise in marketing and creative effectiveness to interpret data, enabling informed, evidence-based decisions that enhance our strategies.

  • This is a Director level role based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $156, $234,648.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
