Overview

Join our dynamic team as a CDL A Truck Driver and become a vital part of our logistics network In this role, you will operate tractor-trailers to transport freight efficiently and safely across designated routes. Your expertise in Power Only, Reefer & Dry Vans, will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an energetic environment where your driving skills and commitment to excellence drive our success forward.

Pay

We offer pay at $2,500/week up to $10,000+/week, depending on your amount of volume.

Our fee is 30%, with you taking home the remaining 70%.

The 30% fee covers the following:

insurance, IFTA filings, instant pay, load board access, ongoing operations support, access to shipper loads and dedicated lanes, as well as dispatch services.

We do offer lease-to-own You may qualify for $0 down in some cases.

Your truck payments and associated fees will be handled separately, either through settlement deductions with our company or paid directly to the lease partner.

We take care of general commercial auto insurance, liability/cargo insurance, use of our MC/DOT, truck lease-to-own. (See Above)

Requirements

  • Meet all standard onboarding requirements
  • * Be 23-70 years old

  • Be a CDL-A holder with 1+ years experience

  • Agree to Truck Leasing Program terms and conditions

  • Opt-in to our minimum 1 year dispatch services
  • Be a solo driver (not part of a larger team)
  • A minimum of 1 year of participation
  • Payment in full for all truck and additional operating expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions and other specialized equipment such as Dry Van, Reefer, and Power Only.
  • Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment like forklifts when necessary, ensuring secure handling of cargo.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Follow designated routes for delivery and pick-up, demonstrating route driving proficiency to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or any issues encountered on the road.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during every shift.

Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL A license with 1+ year experience.
  • Skilled in operating manual transmission trucks and handling various trailer types including Dry Van, Reefer, and Power Only.
  • Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures with experience in load & unload operations.
  • Ability to perform routine truck maintenance checks and identify potential mechanical issues.
  • Familiarity with forklift operation for cargo loading or unloading when required.
  • Excellent route planning skills to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
  • Exceptional driving record demonstrating safe driving habits and adherence to transportation regulations.
