At RPM ), we pride ourselves on providing top-notch property maintenance services to various property managers in the greater Grand Rapids area. We're committed to maintaining safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces for residents, and we know that starts with a strong, reliable team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the properties we service are sparkling clean and ready for new tenants. If you're a self-starter who takes pride in their work and is eager to develop new skills, we want to hear from you
What You'll Do:
- Cleaning Excellence: Perform thorough cleaning of vacant rental units, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing to prepare units for new tenants.
- Property Turnover: Focus on transforming units into immaculate spaces, ensuring every detail is perfect for a smooth tenant transition.
- Inventory Management: Help manage cleaning supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Opportunity for Growth: Show your initiative and interest in light maintenance tasks, and we'll provide opportunities for training and advancement into our maintenance team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from our office and a valid driver's license.
- Required: Your own basic hand tools and a working cell phone.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with the job (e.g., bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $ $22.50 per hour, based on experience.
