Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, highly analytical, and organized Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end product flow, from sourcing, negotiation, procurement, and logistics to warehousing, category management, and franchise support.

This person must be highly skilled in category management and data analytics, capable of using data to improve operational performance and profitability across multiple KPIs.

You will play a critical role in supporting our rapidly expanding vending machine operations across nightlife venues and the launch of new franchise locations. As a core operator in a fast-moving company, you'll build strong supplier relationships, ensure on-time deliveries, manage product costs, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Strategy & Operations

• Manage the full supply chain lifecycle: purchasing, inventory management, logistics, receiving, stock allocation to franchisees, and category management.
• Develop and maintain an efficient operational roadmap for new franchise launches nationwide.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to reduce backorders and stockouts.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve logistics routing and vendor performance.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize key metrics, including:
• #1 In-stock rates (for both products and machines)
• #2 Franchisee margins
• #3 Franchisor margins
• #4 Franchisee support & sales performance (for optimizing planograms and product mix by market)

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Research, evaluate, and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers (China/Alibaba + US distributors).
• Own onboarding and compliance for vendors, including NDAs, contracts, and performance tracking.
• Build and manage relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and monitor product data to ensure standards, certifications, and safety compliance.

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate shipments with freight brokers, carriers, and local movers at destination.
• Oversee customs documentation, shipping schedules, and warehouse receiving.
• Support franchisees with delivery timelines, installation, and inventory replenishment.

Financial Controls & Administration

• Maintain accurate purchasing, invoicing, and freight cost records in conjunction with our Finance department.
• Process supplier payments and reconcile statements weekly with Finance.
• Support budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives through data-driven decisions.
• Track and report progress toward critical company metrics:
• Improve HQ margins by 10% within 1 year
• Maintain an average $1,300 gross revenue per franchisee machine across 500+ machines (approx. 18 months)
• Sustain 90%+ corporate HQ in-stock rates and forecast accuracy over 2 years

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work alongside internal teams including operations, sales, and finance to forecast demand.
• Communicate delays, risks, and changes proactively to stakeholders.
• Maintain weekly reporting and operational dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and category management.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with US & Chinese suppliers (Alibaba experience preferred).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (written + verbal).

• Independent, resourceful problem-solver.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with freight brokers and international shipments (LCL/FCL).
• Knowledge of franchise operations or hardware distribution.
