Senior Analyst or Corporate Actions Manager

A growing investment management firm is seeking a Senior Analyst or Corporate Actions Manager. This role will provide trade support and contribute to strategic business analysis projects across the firm. Job Function
- Identify and communicate corporate action notices to Investment Managers, track responses, and communicate elections to custodians.
- Oversee the information, communications, and verification of all Corporate Action/Income events internally and with counterparties.
- Work closely with other team leaders in Investment Operations and other internal business areas to ensure that the firm is meeting all necessary deliverables.
- Collaborate with teammates and colleagues to streamline processes and create efficiencies where applicable
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, with 3–10 years of applicable experience.
- Prior experience with corporate actions processing at a Custodian Bank, Asset Manager, or Hedge Fund.
- Experience in fixed income securities, equities, derivatives, corporate actions, foreign exchange and trade settlements.
- Experience in a multi-boutique or large investment management organization is a plus.
