Job Overview
The Manager, Facilities Maintenance position is responsible for the coordination, care, and maintenance of all physical facilities of AltaMed. The Manager provides direction to the Facilities Supervisors and maintenance staff. The Manager establishes work schedules and prioritizes activities of staff and ensures work is completed as directed. Performs semi-skilled maintenance activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma required. An associate's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial/institutional experience in building maintenance functions is required (i.e., electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, etc.).
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience is required; 5 years or more is preferred.

Compensation
$103, $128,839.09 annually
