What You Will Do
The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with customers and company representatives across various platforms, including telephone, email, text, chat, and social media. The focus is on delivering exceptional pre-sales and post-sales service. The individual will be instrumental in handling customer requests, processing returns, managing service exchanges, and ensuring up-to-date record-keeping. They will serve as a crucial liaison between customers and the company, ensuring smooth and efficient communication and transaction processes.

- Empathetic approach - possesses empathy, patience and a consistently positive attitude
- Ticket system familiarity - experience with CRM software and support ticket systems is beneficial

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
