Job Description:

We are a Queens-based real estate office focused on estate and property research. We are seeking a detail-oriented Estate & Property Research Specialist to locate heirs and related contacts, verify information, and maintain accurate CRM records. This role involves online genealogy research, skip-tracing, and phone verification.

Responsibilities:

  • Research estate and property records to identify heirs and associated contacts.
  • Use genealogy platforms (including ) and public records to trace family connections.
  • Conduct skip-tracing to find accurate addresses, phone numbers, and emails.
  • Make verification phone calls when needed.
  • Enter verified data and detailed notes into the CRM.
  • Summarize findings in clear written reports.
  • Handle all research and communications with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Experience with or similar genealogy research tools.
  • Proven skip-tracing or investigative research experience.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and speaking professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • CRM experience preferred (Pipedrive or similar).

Preferred:

  • Experience in estate/probate research, investigative work, or property title research.
  • Familiarity with NYC property records.
  • Additional language skills a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31, $74,898.99 per year
