Role Overview
The Marketing Director, U.S. will lead the marketing strategy and execution for 7 For All Mankind in the United States, the brand's most strategic and commercially relevant market. With a strong digital background, this role will drive all marketing, communications, and brand activation activities, ensuring our positioning, storytelling, and consumer engagement are culturally relevant and resonate with U.S. audiences.

The profile will drive our digital marketing activities end-to-end, including content strategy, social media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media campaigns, and e-commerce activations in collaboration with global teams.

As the brand's cultural and strategic reference point in the U.S., the Marketing Director will collaborate closely with the global team in Mendrisio and external partners to design and implement impactful omnichannel strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital performance and e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Digital Leadership

  • Define and lead the U.S. marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital, performance marketing, e-commerce, and social media.
  • Align local initiatives with global priorities while tailoring execution to the U.S. cultural and competitive landscape.
  • Provide ongoing market insights and trend analysis to inform global strategic planning.

Brand Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee all marketing and communications initiatives in the U.S., including PR, events, partnerships, and influencer/KOL activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), and strategic partners to unlock co-marketing opportunities.
  • Track competitor activities and industry benchmarks to strengthen brand positioning.

Team & Agency Management

  • Manage external agencies (PR, digital, content, influencer) to ensure brand consistency and performance.
  • Lead and develop local internal resources, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Act as a bridge between the U.S. subsidiary and the global marketing team in Mendrisio, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing and communications experience within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries
  • Proven track record in leading digital-first strategies and omnichannel campaigns in the U.S. market
  • Experience in brand activations, partnerships, and PR initiatives
  • International exposure is a plus, but strong grounding in the U.S. market is essential
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. culture and the U.S. fashion market
  • Strong digital expertise across social media, influencer marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Excellent leadership, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong ability to operate in an international and multicultural environment

This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office
PAY RATE: $160,000/yr-$185,000/yr
