About Us:

Here at Abode are a growing service coordination agency helping patients and families access the care and services they need. Our Intake team is the first point of contact for new patients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and accurate documentation from the start.

What You'll Do:

  • Patient Enrollment: Handle introductory calls with a sales-oriented approach and verify Medicaid eligibility
  • Communication: Act as liaison between marketers, patients, caregivers, and internal teams
  • Assessment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate patient assessments
  • Documentation Management: Collect and submit all required documents
  • Authorization Processing: Follow up with teams to ensure timely processing of approvals

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with sensitive information
  • Spanish speaker
  • Prior healthcare, intake, or administrative experience a plus
