About Us:
Here at Abode are a growing service coordination agency helping patients and families access the care and services they need. Our Intake team is the first point of contact for new patients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and accurate documentation from the start.
What You'll Do:
- Patient Enrollment: Handle introductory calls with a sales-oriented approach and verify Medicaid eligibility
- Communication: Act as liaison between marketers, patients, caregivers, and internal teams
- Assessment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate patient assessments
- Documentation Management: Collect and submit all required documents
- Authorization Processing: Follow up with teams to ensure timely processing of approvals
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with sensitive information
- Spanish speaker
- Prior healthcare, intake, or administrative experience a plus
