Representative, Customer Service

We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support surgery product usage and billing in a fast-paced medical device environment. This fully remote role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility after training.
You'll validate product usage, process orders, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with hospital billing teams and sales reps. Accuracy, communication, and ERP experience are key.
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Remote: 100%
Schedule: 8 AM – 6 PM (flexible after training)

The pay range for this position is $ $20.00/hr.
