Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and implement and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.

- Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective product assortments and ensure proper inventory levels.

- Conduct regular inventory Audits

- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.

- Train and educate store staff on merchandising best practices and brand guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, including product placement, pricing, and signage.

The Azure International is a privately owned business servicing large scale organizations nationwide in staffing, data collection, subsidized inventory activation, and various program enrollment. We are a social, fast-paced, and engaging company and we pride ourselves on having a diverse team of wonderful professionals from various backgrounds. Our goal is to effectively assist government and public health organizations in consumer management, inventory merchandising, and feedback collection.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
