About Us

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role is essential in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children and toddlers using our curriculum.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
  • Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. We're looking team players
  • Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day.
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities as necessary to ensure all students can participate fully.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
  • Experience with creative curriculum, entering documentation, and checkpoints
  • Has Leadership skills
  • Be able to collaborate and communicate with other teammates

Qualifications

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting or as a nanny is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for supporting diverse learners.
  • First aid certification is an asset; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and experience working with students with disabilities is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering children's growth.
