What You'll Do:

  • Represent and defend employers, insurers, and administrators in workers' compensation matters from start to resolution.
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances with precision and professionalism.
  • Develop case strategies, perform legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and results-driven advocacy.

What You Bring:

  • J.D. and active California Bar membership in good standing.
  • 2–6+ years of workers' compensation defense experience (more welcomed).
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
