Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily business operations with a focus on client acquisition and customer satisfaction
  • Represent client services to prospective customers through direct outreach, providing personalized sales presentations tailored to individual customer needs
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting new team members during their onboarding and early development
  • Track and report team and individual sales performance; identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Shadow senior management staff to pick up skills in negotiation, customer relations, and leadership in a hands-on environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and represent the brand with professionalism
  • Help coordinate team scheduling, reporting, and internal communications to support efficiency and performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred
  • (Associate's degree or equivalent experience will be considered)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with individuals one-on-one and in group settings
  • Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and lead
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
