Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development

  • Build full-stack features across UI, backend/API, and integrations with a focus on great user experience.
  • Implement conversational and generative AI functionality into our product.
  • Contribute to enterprise-grade security features (SAML, SSO, compliance).
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive customer-facing features.

Technical Challenges You'll Work On

  • Building an intuitive interface that empowers enterprises to design AI solutions.
  • Designing systems that capture enterprise context and generate governance/risk intelligence.
  • Implementing secure, scalable features required by Fortune 1000 customers.
  • Contributing to AI-powered features for policies, controls, and standards.

Team Building & Culture

  • Establish engineering practices: Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and development methodologies that support rapid growth.
  • Build for scale: Create the foundation for future engineering hires and establish practices that will support team expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, customer success, and leadership teams to prioritize features and ensure technical feasibility.

Requirements
Must-Have Technical Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in full-stack web development.
  • Hands-on experience with our stack: , React, Vercel, Supabase (or similar).
  • Familiarity with integrating AI/ML features (conversational or generative AI a plus).
  • Strong foundation in modern web development practices.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
  • Exposure to enterprise security standards e.g. SAML, SSO.
  • Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience.
  • Comfort working directly with customers/stakeholders.
