Role Overview:
We are seeking motived RN's with experience in Home Health to join our team in Highlands Ranch to care for an adult Female, G-tube, O2 dependent, nonverbal Total Cares patient.
Pay:
- RN: $ $38.00 an hour *Higher end of pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability
- LPN: $23.00-$26.00 an hour
Sign-on Bonus:
- Full Time - $2, Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days
- Part Time - $1, Paid at 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days
Schedule:
- Full-Time 30 hours or more
- Nights - Sun, Mon, Tues
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide private duty nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.
Qualifications:
- Active RN/LPN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
