Credit & Collections Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Credit and Collections Coordinator to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Credit Manager to keep activities running smoothly, manage risk, and support day-to-day operations. As part of our credit group, you'll have the chance to grow alongside experienced professionals in a supportive, close-knit culture. What You'll Do:
Record customer payments (lockbox and ACH) and maintain A/R recordsFollow up with customers on past-due invoices and provide invoice copies/proof of delivery when neededResearch and resolve deductions and payment exceptionsProcess discount chargebacks for late paymentsUpdate and maintain customer credit files on scheduleProvide backup support for other credit functions as neededWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years in credit, collections, or A/RExperience with Bectran software is a plusStrong communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and internal partnersOrganized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesEqual Opportunity Employer.
