We are seeking a hands-on, experienced and dynamic experience Sales Coordinator to grow our sales efforts at our newly Branded FOUND Hotel Santa Monica, a Series by Marriott

We are seeking a hungry candidate with at least 1 year of experience in hotel sales. The ideal candidate will focus on:

  • Overall hotel revenue management, working in partnership with the General Manager and the Director of Revenue Management.

  • Strategically pursuing and negotiating local B2B accounts.

  • Soliciting and contracting ad hoc group business, and blocks for citywide groups.

  • Developing long term relationships with local businesses and groups.

  • Oversight of the marketing programs for the hotel, working in partnership with the General Manager and Director of Revenue Management.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year experience in hospitality sales. Proven experience building and developing a business. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask. Strong command of computers and Microsoft Office. Comfort with hotel PMS and related hotel operational systems.

Our ownership group and our in-house management company are entrepreneurial in spirit, unlike those large institutional companies. We work hard, but like to have fun at work, and take pride in our results.

Salary will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
